Will the same cleaners come each time?
We aim to allocate the same person to carry out the office cleaning for your premises on a regular basis.
However, if your space is bigger then a team of cleaners will be required and allocated, in which at least one of the cleaners will remain consistent.
In the event that your designated cleaner cannot make it due to sickness, holidays or other reasons, we will inform you in advance and provide a temporary replacement.
Do you provide the cleaning materials?
We are pleased to offer a variety of office cleaning solutions tailored to your specific needs.
Cleaning materials and equipment can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Our team is also happy to advise on the best cleaning options for your space to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
How do payments work?
Most of our customers pay by Direct Debit. We also provide a credit account for our daily contract cleaning customers. We accept PayPal, credit and debit card payments for one-off office cleaning services.
Can you provide a VAT invoice?
Certainly, we can provide a weekly or monthly VAT invoice depending on how often you pay. These can be emailed to you automatically if you pay by Direct Debit. All pricing offers we make are exclusive of VAT.
